ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE OF INDEMNITY & WAIVER: By providing your electronic signature below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in the official Indemnity Form and Consent Form (available for download above). This electronic acceptance has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
I Undertake and confirm that:
1. My participation on all Nzuzoyethu Tours activities listed or not listed on a specific program is on my own free will and has not been forced by any of the Nzuzoyethu Tours directors, suppliers, sponsors, officers or stakeholders. I fully participate at my own risk.
2. The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances for the activities including all expenses incurred.
3. I also agree that I will adhere to the rules and discipline of the company and abide by directions and instructions of the tour guide as well as authorities in charge.
4. Nzuzoyethu Tours does not condone any form of abuse, misuse, threats or harassment of any kind and by signing the Terms and Conditions, all members and participant abide to the ruling.
5. It is my responsibility to immunize myself against communicable diseases that are prevalent in the region where the hike or tour is to be taken.
6. I nor my legal heirs/beneficiaries shall not be entitled to claim any compensation or any kind of relief from Nzuzoyethu Tours, its directors or any person in the service of the aforementioned company in respect of any injury, accident, incident and or loss of any kind which I may suffer while participating on activities.
7. All reasonable care and precaution will be done by the company to ensure safety however I also understand that all expenses that may be incurred in the treatment of such injuries and or recovery from injury, accident, incident and or loss will be borne by me, and no claim will be referred to Nzuzoyethu Tours.
8. By signing Terms and Conditions I further confirm that I have disclosed that I am fit to participate and no health issues known to me that may be triggered by participating on such activities.
